🚨 Important Policy Update

Due to a rise in last-minute cancellations related to emergencies, weather, and sudden plan changes, the following policies are now in effect:

❗ Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancelling within 14 days of your trip:

  • Forfeit deposit

  • Pay 50% of trip cost (excluding deposit)

  • Example: $550 trip with $150 deposit = $275 due if cancelled within 14 days

• Cancelling more than 14 days in advance:

  • Deposit forfeited, no further charges

• ⏰Rescheduling Policy

• Reschedule within 14 days:

  • Charged 50% of trip cost (credited toward new date)

• Reschedule more than 14 days in advance:

  • First reschedule is free

  • Any additional reschedules: 50% fee applies

💵 Booking Deposit

• All bookings require a non-refundable $150 deposit

• Booking multiple days (more than 2):

  • A 50% deposit of the total cost is required
